Your uncle owns a sandwich shop. He asks you to write an inventory program for him. You are glad to help him and do not charge for the program. The program works very well, and you discover later that your uncle has given copies of several friends who also operate small food shops. Do you believe you should be paid for copies?
No, Because the reason that my uncle gave several copies from other owners of small food shops was instead to be use as a fair use and he is not earning money out of it. And besides the software that I produce inst copyrighted that does not have legality of my software program that supports my property.

Technological Issues
I thinks this actions is not a unnecessary use of technology because its there. This practices of innovating boardgames to computer version is just a tool or just an option for people o children to play a certain game. This actions contains advantages such as it is innovated and improved, it has world wide availability (Online boardgames), it allows single and multiplayers options The disadvantage of replacing boardgames to PC version is limited access of people, with this children with computer may only play PC version of boardgames, second Costly, you need to buy a computer and buy a software or game in order to play, and it changes the nature of the game.
Suppose an employee uses computer time, services and store on employers computer
for the employees own businesses. Can we treat this action as a theft or not?
And why?
Yes, because I consider that using of computer in the business or organization by personal use is restricted by the organization and using computer in the business only for official transactions only.
